Where it all began

Adrian Susin, still in parallel with his formal work, began his entrepreneurial journey in the development of systems for stores, seeing a growing demand for technological solutions. This start, focused on meeting real market needs, proved to be promising. The market, increasingly lacking in technological innovations, responded positively to Adriano's work. This experience marked the beginning of a trajectory that, years later, would give rise to VendaBem Sistemas, a company that today is a reference in the development of ERP solutions for retail, cinemas and indoor parks.

The decision to undertake

The business was growing rapidly, and Adrian realized that he would no longer be able to reconcile his career at the company where he worked with his parallel project, which was gaining more and more strength. Determined to turn his dream into reality, he decided to leave his job to dedicate himself fully to his clients and structure the project of his own company.

The beginning of a great partnership

Adrian Susin invited Eduardo Bassotto, a former co-worker with a solid background in Computer Science and entrepreneurial vision, to a partnership. At the time, Eduardo was still working at the company where they met, but received the invitation with the proposal to leave his job to dedicate himself fully to the new project, which would start a promising collaboration and soon become a solid partnership.

Foundation of VendaBem Sistemas

After years of experience in systems development, Adrian Susin, motivated by the desire to create innovative solutions that would transform business management, founded VendaBem Sistemas. A company was born with a focus on excellence and innovation in the ERP market for stores.

Entry of partner Eduardo Bassotto

In 2001, Eduardo Bassotto officially became a financial partner at VendaBem, leaving his previous career to dedicate himself fully to the company's growth. His arrival marked the beginning of a management focused on financial sustainability and long-term strategic planning.

Expansion into the cinema sector

Still in 2001, VendaBem took an important step by entering the cinema market, developing a specialized ERP to meet the specific needs of this sector. The first customer to adopt the solution was the Arcoplex chain, marking the beginning of a new business vertical for the company.

Modernization of technology

VendaBem has adopted new WEB technologies based on Python, a modern and robust language, bringing greater flexibility, scalability and efficiency to its systems. This change allowed the development of more intuitive and agile interfaces, improving the user experience and consolidating the company as a reference in innovation in the ERP market.

Migration to the Cloud

VendaBem migrated its physical servers to the cloud, ensuring greater scalability, security, and accessibility for its ERP solutions. In the same year, it launched the Touch Screen POS, an innovation that brought agility in service and operational integration, successfully debuting in the Arcoplex chain in Blumenau and consolidating the company as a reference in technological modernization in the sector.

Presence at LatinoWare

One of the largest technology events in Latin America, held in Foz do Iguaçu. The fair highlighted trends and technological innovations, providing VendaBem with a unique opportunity to update, exchange experiences and strengthen its commitment to innovation and technological development.

Proximity to customers

VendaBem intensified face-to-face visits, reaffirming its commitment to the relationship and direct support to customers.

Start of construction of the new headquarters

In 2017, VendaBem took out of the drawer a project that had been awaited for years: the construction of its new headquarters. This space was designed to be a modern and welcoming environment, with the aim of valuing employees, strengthening the company's image in the market and reflecting the solidity of the organization. The completion of this work represented not only the realization of a dream, but also VendaBem's ongoing commitment to the well-being of the team and excellence in customer service.

Entry of new partner Gustavo Susin

Gustavo, Adrian's son, joined the company as an intern at the age of 16, with the aim of getting to know all areas of the business. The intention was to prepare him to, in the future, become a partner and, in the future, assume the role of successor, ensuring the continuity of VendaBem's successful trajectory.

Expansion into the Parks sector

In response to the request of a customer who was looking for a specific solution, VendaBem decided to develop a customized ERP to optimize the management of the indoor parks sector. This strategic move marked the company's entry into a new vertical of operation, expanding its portfolio with excellence and innovation, and reinforcing the commitment to meet the needs of the market with tailored solutions.

Inauguration of the company's new headquarters

Even with the challenges brought about by the pandemic, the company remained firm in its projects and, in December, inaugurated its new headquarters, a milestone that consolidated its vision of the future and solidity in the market, offering a modern and welcoming environment for employees and customers.

International and national events

VendaBem has participated in major events, such as the Cinemacon Fair in Las Vegas and the Winter Festival, expanding its presence and recognition in the global market.

Commercial restructuring and strengthening of customer relationships

VendaBem restructured its commercial area with the hiring of a commercial manager to lead initiatives focused on prospecting for new business and creating an efficient sales funnel. Customer relationships have been strengthened, as has the customer journey during deployment, reflecting the company's commitment to providing ongoing support and a differentiated experience. This restructuring aligns the commercial area with the company's growth and excellence objectives.

Strategic consultancy and leadership development

To strengthen its leadership and improve internal processes, VendaBem invested in a strategic consultancy that began in 2024, continuing in 2025. This initiative aims to boost operational efficiency, develop managers and prepare the team for the challenges of an increasingly dynamic market. The project also reinforces the company's strategic planning, aligning its actions with the goals of sustainable growth and innovation.

Strategic presence at trade shows and industry events

VendaBem was present at important fairs in the sector, such as CinemaCon in Las Vegas, the 6th State Retail Symposium, the CDL Convention and Expocine. These participations were strategic to reinforce the brand's visibility and consolidate the company's position as a reference in the market. In addition to promoting our innovative solutions, the events provided opportunities for networking, closing deals, and strengthening relationships with customers and partners. The presence in specific fairs in the sector highlights VendaBem's commitment to strategic evolution and sustainable growth.

First coffee with customers: connection and relationship

We held the first coffee with customers, entitled Conexão VendaBem. The event brought together customers and partners in a relaxed chat about sales and networking, reinforcing the company's commitment to strengthening ties and actively listening to the needs of its customers. For this first meeting, we chose the name "VendaBem Connection", which reflects VendaBem's dedication to offering personalized service and building solid and lasting relationships.

International expansion

VendaBem took an important step in international expansion. With an innovative approach, the company adapted its system to Spanish, hired fluent professionals and implemented personalized solutions to meet the particularities of the local market. This initiative reflects VendaBem's vision of the future, committed to expanding its presence in the Latin American market and leading transformations in the sector with cutting-edge technology and excellence in consultancy.al
